Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator I for an open position in Windsor Locks, CT.
The Electric, Environmental & Engine Systems (ES) business unit – provides products for military and commercial airframe and industrial markets.
The military contracts group supporting the Airframe Systems & Components (ASC) division of Global Engines, Airframes and Industrials (GEAI) has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator based in Windsor Locks, CT.
Successful candidate will be responsible for performing various contract administration/contract management duties associated with government and military indirect and international customers.
Responsibilities will include: proposal drafting and development; review, analysis and negotiation of contract terms and conditions; drafting of contract documents (e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Agreements, and Technical Assistance Agreements); order reviews and purchase order acknowledgments, flow down of contract requirements and amendments; drive change management; support program management and executive management reviews; identification of contract and business risks; accounts receivable support/reporting; internal/external audit support; contract close out.
Experience in contract administration/contract management, with exposure to both US Government and commercial type contracts preferred.
Successful candidate must be a self-starter, an effective communicator, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as be able to communicate and work effectively to support internal and external customers in a very fast-paced dynamic environment.
Post-graduate degree (JD or MBA) preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient at MS Office Professional. SAP experience preferred, but not required.
