Aerospace Proposal Managers - Hawthorne, CA

STS AeroStaff Services now offers Aerospace Proposal Manager jobs in Hawthorne, California.

Job Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day schedule for one proposal effort
• Lead color-team reviews for proposal effort
• Identify areas where we might be falling behind, in terms of schedule
• Ability to recognize whether or not our proposal is responsive and complaint to the government’s request for proposal

Qualifications:

• Experience as a proposal manager on large-scale government procurements (ideally for the Air Force)
• Some experience writing and editing proposals for the government
• Experience working on proposals involving launch services or satellite systems preferred
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and SharePoint
• Experience with Outlook and Excel is also highly desired
