Convert engineering outlines of technical work instructions that guide the build up for complex electro-mechanical systems into shop floor work instructions that guide the technicians through the assembly steps. Develop and maintain a standard to be used from product to product.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ability to communicate with engineers to understand outlines of mechanical work instructions that will be developed into detailed work instructions -have or quickly develop knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly work process -strong desire to create a new role within the organization by demonstrating value to the engineers
