Electrical CAD Designer (Cable Routing)

Description:
Electrical Designer – Cable Routing
TriMech is currently supporting several defense contract efforts in the support of US Airforce in the Cincinnati, OH & Florence, KY markets. We are looking to hire electrical designers to support these efforts.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Provide electrical design support for military vehicle systems and trailer systems
• Create schematic drawings, cable drawings, and wire harness drawings
• 3D Modeling of harness assemblies for drawings and depiction of cable routing in vehicle systems integration team
• Drafting of wire, cable, and harness assembly drawings for use in prototype and production fabrication.
• Provide Cable Routing Designs and Drawing via CAD preferably NX Cable Routing Module
. Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience with computer aided design (CAD) software, preferably NX CAD, Creo Parametric, Schematics and Cabling. Acceptable alternatives include Pro/E Wildfire, Solid works, NX, and equivalents.
• Experience with PLM software, preferably Windchill. Acceptable alternatives include Team Center, SharePoint, and equivalents.
