Lead Integrated Product Development Team weekly meetings for your respective work package
Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for the overall project
Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other functions
Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each phase of the project
Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline
Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes.
Ensure timely presentation of the changes to all stakeholders for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process;
Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board;
Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change%u2019s life-cycle.
Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
Superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
Team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
Must have experience in Project Management and or Project Engineering.
Must be proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Access.
Certification in project Management is an asset
An understanding of aerospace product certification is an asset.
Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Client engineering system is an asset.
Must have excellent organisational skills and able to work toward aggressive deadlines.
Must have Knowledge on implementation of change management activities.
