After Market Outsourcing Manager

Scope of Work:
 
  1. After Market Outsourcing Manager (Or Specialist) will work as a team member of Global Outsourcing Group, primarily to support After Market Outsourcing contracts to support MITAC Customer Support Division. .
  2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  3. Develop an understanding of SpaceJet`s After Market Outsourcing Service Support the CS division needs and workforce strategies and combine that knowledge with the industry`s best practice to develop and deliver KPI to monitor suppler performance.
  4. Lead regular supplier performance reviews, identify gaps and engage with suppliers on improvement plans.
  5. Lead negotiation plan development including mapping out detailed approaches, fallback positions, and acceptable terms and conditions for a successful outsourcing contract.
  6. Build performance based vendor relationships that lead to optimal pricing, quality improvements, process improvements, and delivery of world class solutions.
  7. Participate in Supplier Performance Review Meeting and Steering Committee meeting as requested. 


5. Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience working with Aircraft OEMs.
  2. Bachelor`s degree, plus MBA, PMP or other certifications from accredited institutions preferred. 
  3. 3 years of experience working with outsourcing matters with a focus on; direct vendor management, setting and driving vendor strategy, conflict resolutions, process improvement, contracting, commercial negotiations. After Market/CS related service contract management experience is highly preferred.
  4. Ability to support or lead development of strategic sourcing plans and dives deep in contract details with a solid understanding of how contracts are structured.
  5. Ability to challenge conventional thinking, offer unique perspectives and conceive innovative solutions. 
  6. Self-starter who can build sourcing/procurement credibility within internal groups not accustomed to working with outsourcing service providers.
  7. Fluency in English.
  8. Ability to find solutions, solve problems and manage multiple stakeholders globally.
  9. Ability to perform well and produce results under pressure in fast changing environment
