Software Engineer

Description:
Candidate must have an active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years; position requires candidate to be cleared to a special access program (SAP).

Experience in building real-time, embedded avionics/vehicle management systems. The ideal candidate has experience decomposing high-level air system requirements into detailed avionics subsystem and software requirements specifications (SRS). The candidate should also have experience developing avionics system architectures and using model-based system engineering tools (e.g. Rhapsody, Rational) to document them. The candidate should be proficient with developing safety-critical components in C and/or C++ in a Linux environment, writing automated unit tests, and have experience integrating software components in a System Integration Lab (SIL). Experience working on an Agile team is desired.
