The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Hands-on IT software development tasks working as an application developer with the Space IT Business Systems

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:

* MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Object Oriented methodologies.
* Java programming experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Web Services
* Knowledge of Relational Data concepts ( ie Oracle, SQL)
* Linux/Unix
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Understanding of Software Configuration
* PTC Windchill Experience
* Apache and Tomcat
* Cloud experience
* XML
* HTML
* Eclipse
* Scripting
* Virtual teaming experience
