Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
Long-term assignment for an experienced quality/manufacturing engineer with electronics components background.

Description/Function:
Assess the results of component failure analysis and coordinated corrective action with suppliers and procurement organizations.
Analyze discrepancies of incoming material and coordinated supplier corrective action.
Evaluate qualification test results and evaluate new technologies or new suppliers for existing designs. Supply guidance and/or write guidelines for the selection of standard components.
Engineering support for resolution of nonconforming materials and manufacturing processes.

Basic requirements:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
5-10 years of applicable experience. Preferably in the defense industry.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
