In this role, the In-Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer will specialize in the development and debug of In-Circuit Test (ICT) programs for Takaya, HP, and Seica machines. The ICT Engineer is responsible for determining the best method of achieving the highest test coverage using different test processes and must have board level understanding of In-Circuit Test (ICT) strategies to ensure test capability.

Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for supporting In-Circuit Test equipment including development of new test programs on Takaya, HP, and Seica machines
•Responsible for success of assigned/allocated tasks and activities
•Perform root cause analysis on Production failures
•Ensures compliance to development processes and standard work requirements.
•Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
•Perform diagnostics on production assemblies and design and perform testability reviews
•Support production testing and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and program enhancements

Basic Qualifications
•Prior experience in developing programs on Takaya, HP, and Seica machines
•Have solid communication, documentation and collaboration/teamwork skills

Desired Skills
•Have domain knowledge of avionics products
•Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline
