Roles and Responsibilities

Focused support within the F-35 Fleet Modifications (FM) Team to fulfill various project planning, status reporting, and augmented Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities. Support the FM Team Manager to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive and high-quality monthly evaluations, metrics and presentations. Responsibilities include; collecting, editing and preparing incremental accomplishment data; assessing team performance to plan, and defining estimate to complete projections. Scope also includes determining earned value variance causes, explanations and corrective recommendations/actions. Position requires a resourceful, independent self-starter able to analyze and solve CAM-derived objectives involving solicitations of and commitments from various stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Cost Account Management experience
• Adept at developing products in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Effective verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals
• Applied Earned Value Management System (EMS) experience
• Prior aircraft Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Upgrade (MRO&U) program experience
• Familiarity with the F-35 program/platform a plus
