Client Engagement Leader

Description:
A Client Engagement Leader is currently available within the Cincinnati, OH area for Belcan. Reporting to a Director of Operations within Belcan Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions, this job will be responsible to identify manufacturing, quality, engineering, operations, supply chain issues, problems, and opportunities that require Belcan Solutions. This job will be able to utilize domain expertise, industry knowledge and contacts to secure meetings, develop statements of work, secure funding, and potentially lead projects. This job opportunity will require a desire to manage a team / project for a client via a Belcan agreement. You will be responsible for delivery leadership of multiple simultaneous engagements, building and maintaining relationships with senior customer leaders, growing Belcan's account presence, and developing team members.

Job Duties - Growth / Solutions Architecture:
* Identify growing markets that align with our Belcan Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions offerings. Include Customer Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Gaps and opportunities.
* Support the development of a Marketing campaign to introduce Belcan. Introduce our service offerings and value proposition.
* Support the creation of a Business model including competitive strategy and marketing plan.
* Create value for assigned accounts with the support of the internal organization
* Introduce Belcan team to influential customer employees and assist in establishing on-going relationships
* Articulate value propositions to clients to help secure funding for projects
* Support the identification of key talent to onboard at Belcan to service our customers
* Identify new account growth opportunities within our active and emerging customers
* Develop and maintain a positive strategic relationship with our customers to uncover new opportunities, projects or initiatives that require our services
* Provide technical leadership for assigned service product offerings

Other Job Duties:
* Support projects appropriately to assure proper service delivery
* Support of delivery and governance (OTD, Quality, & Cost)
* Assist in balancing resources, working with Belcan team to achieve the best overall business outcomes
* Support maintaining of strong customer relationships
* Help develop Case Studies
* Help identify Belcan technical differentiators
* Develop an extensive understanding of customer sourcing strategies
* Develop and/or review strategic proposals
* Leverage the talent and offerings of all of Belcan; network through the organization and 'connect the dots' that will create solutions for our customers and growth for our business

Qualifications:
* Excellent trust-building, active listening, and communication skills
* Space, defense, or aircraft manufacturing leadership
* Broad experience across multiple areas of operations value chain (e.g., design to build, source to procure, manufacture to delivery, flight/launch to recover)
* Experience conducting shop floor observations
* Experience leading improvements in a shop floor setting
* Ability to architect and propose solutions to client challenges
* Complex project management, including ability to lead multiple project teams
* Hiring and developing talent
* Experience working with senior executives
* B.S. in industrial, mechanical, aerospace, systems, quality engineering, or equivalent amount of relevant work experience
* US Citizenship required
