Contracts Administrator

PDS Tech is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Phoenix AZ

As a Contracts Administrator with our team, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Managing commercial repair purchase orders
  • Processing loan and exchange agreements
  • Inducting units to the shop for repair
  • Acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders
  • Managing customer contractual requirements
  • Effectively processing units to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties
  • Adhering to import and export compliance regulations
  • Working effectively with internal customers such as program managers, field service representatives and shop personnel
  • Responding to internal and external customer requests such as status updates
  • This role may require weekend work.

Preferred Experience
  • SAP familiarity
  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Prior Aerospace experience

Associates degree is required
