Electro-Mechanical Technicians (3 Openings)

Description:
One (1) Cable & Harness Specialist / Technician
> 3 – 5+ years extensive experience specialized in cable and harness fabrication / building; someone with heavy Wiring Harness Fabrication (Wire gauges, various types of sheathing, etc) experience.

Two (2) Electro-Mechanical Technicians (

Job Description:

> Assemble electrical, electronic and/or electro-mechanical assembles, subassemblies or parts, as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, schematic, etc.) into sub-units or complete units.
> Wire electronic components, per manufacturing documentation, into sub-units or complete units
> Responsible for soldering and crimping connectors
> Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assembly, process assembly, inspection, modifications, upgrades and rework.
> Completes production/quality related documentation
> Assembles repairs and fabricates parts by operating mechanical equipment or tools, in conjunction with adhering to proper handling and safety requirements (Cutting and Fabrication).
> Performs work in accordance with quality and engineering standards
> Responsible for testing of all electronic assemblies
> Keep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environment
> Complete any other work related task as directed by supervisor

Job Requirements:

> 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/production environment with High School Diploma and US Citizenship required
> Must have Electro-Mechanical experience with:
o Soldering (Cup solders)
o Crimping of various terminals (Barrel, Machine, MIL-SPEC, Various ring terminals, RJ 45, BNC)
o Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)
o Measuring tools (Calipers, Multi-meters, etc.)
o Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, Small power tools)

Preferred Experience:

> Direct experience with Military / Government Contracts within a manufacturing environment
> Preferred Certifications (Current or Non-Current): IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 or CIS IPC A J-STD-0001
> Experience working in a quality controlled environment
