Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Administrative Assistant 2 for an open position in Windsor Locks, CT. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel.
Prepare and submit travel and mileage expense reports for reimbursement and coordinate corporate Visa reconciliation.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials, take and transcribe minutes, maintain records.
Electronic file and Share-point site maintenance, data and paperwork processing, collecting/communicating business information from internal/external sources, and production of correspondence and recurring reports.
Management of workflows for purchase orders, IT, and facility access
Support for special projects as required. Preferred candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience as an administrative and/or personal assistant at the senior management level.
Demonstrated reliability and proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Professional attitude and broad familiarity with executive-level support requirements and expectations.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Experience in handling and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to quickly develop constructive relationships.
Must be a self-starter who can organize and prioritize work and meet deliverables.
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
Education AA/AS degree or relevant experience, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration). Experience 3-5 years related experience
