What You’ll Do:

Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary
Provide technical review of documents, drawings, assembly instructions, and project plans
Compare defects against standards and recommends dispositions, verifies implementation of rework, supports incoming/shipping inspection processes, as needed
Collect, organizes and analyze project data, generates and/or reviews metrics
Perform audits, assigns corrective action, and verifies implementation
Participate in project reviews and meetings including technical design reviews, technical peer reviews, material review boards, change control boards, failure review boards
Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the project
Review documents/Drawings/Instructions for conformance to requirements
What You’ll Need:

Fully proficient knowledge of engineering (i.e., software, electrical, systems, etc.) methodologies, tools, and standards
Fully proficient knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISO 14001ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
Fully proficient knowledge of use of relevant inspection/measurement tools and techniques

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related specialized area of field, combined with 5 + years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience.
