We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Instructional Systems Designer 4
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Seattle, WA

• Design high priority / high complexity learning solutions.
• Design, write and/or edit content for a variety of learning solutions (video, WBT, ILT, and more) using tools such as Xyleme, Degreed/Blackboard, Learning Guide Manager, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and others.
• Work with Learning Experience Designers (LEDs) and Developers to integrate learning solutions prior to implementation.
• Work with Learning Program Managers (LPMs), LEDs, Developers, and customers to pilot learning solutions.
• Work with LEDs and developers to ensure handoff to LPMs / Operations allows for seamless transfer from development to release.
• Provide project status data to stakeholders as needed (important when supporting large initiative work that spans multiple org spaces).
• Conduct final Content Sensitivity Checks (CSC) as needed. All employees are responsible for this. This piece is embedded in front end work with SME/during kick off. (Includes but isn’t limited to ITAR / Proprietary / etc.)
• May travel for face to face communication with SMEs in Everett, Seattle, and Renton.

• Graphic design skills may be needed
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and typically 10+ years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
