Systems Engineer

Job Description:
1. Systems Engineering: Assembly/Integration and Test
2. Candidate will lead a team responsible for the integration and test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory, flying test bed, and flight test environment. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will lead the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, evaluate mission systems functionality in a flying test bed, and support mission systems flight test evaluation.
3. Candidate must have strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.

Job Qualifications:
1. Experience with operation of flight hardware and test equipment in a lab environment
2. Experience with hardware configuration management
3. Experience reading Engineering Drawings and Parts List
4. Experience translating production drawings to design the applicable lab layouts and interfaces to verify hardware functionality
5. Experience capturing data digitally from parts lists and excel spreadsheets to form new lists
6. Experience with Project Planning, Architecture, Functional Allocations
7. Skills using MS Excel, linking and pivot tables

Education:
1. Level 4: BS+11 YRS or MS+9 YRS
