Staff Analyst 3

We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Staff Analyst 3
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Chicago, IL

• Research and analyze various data/metrics to uncover trends and find root causes.
• Compile data from multiple sources for management reviews and tracking performance to plan.
• Research and assemble data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, briefings and other documentation for customers and employees.
• Assess, maintain, and track training requirements; coordinate logistics and delivery.
• Coordinate content development with the training organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers.
• Meet with key decision-makers to develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Coordinate and develop executive level briefings
• Provide design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
• Plan and coordinate facility requirements
• Monitor and track execution of the plan; communicate status to all project participants.
• Develop project schedule, budget, monitoring and tracking execution of the plan.

• Assist operational managers on day to day execution of the business.
• Occasional domestic travel possible but very rarely.

*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
