Stockroom Clerk

Description:
We have an Excellent Contract position for a Stockroom Clerk to join a leading Company located in the Anaheim, CA area.

**U.S. Citizenship Required.

Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties in material areas such as receiving, storing, and issuing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Receives material, checks against documentation for nomenclature, identification, and quantity.
• Sorts, counts, checks, receive goods, raw materials, finished or semi-finished parts and subassemblies. Stores articles in proper location according to identifying the factors.
• Researches part numbers, pull items, fills orders, and issues materials, supplies, components and parts from stock.
• Prepares stock kits for the production department and verifies the count or documents shortage.
• Audits contents of kits or stock.
• Keeps stock in orderly arrangements; initiates reorder when minimum quantities are reached.
• Prepares shortage documentation and reviews the status of shortages, back order files, and inventory status reports.
• Utilizes small hand tools, proportioned scales, and operates material handling equipment including forklifts, skids, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.
• Contract Position two to six month with a possibility to be extended
• Pay Rate $14.00 to $20.00 DOE
Basic Hiring Criteria:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in a stockroom or stores.
Desired Qualifications:
• The familiarity of electronics and fabricated and components parts is desirable.
