Chipton-Ross is seeking a Coordinator Assistant for an opening in Irvine, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Goal: Seeking temporary employee that would fill in when there is only one person in the office and there are customers coming in. For example: When one is out sick, vacation, etc. Title: Coordinator Assistant or Customer Visitor Assistant for Medical Equipment Showroom Description: We are looking for Coordinator Assistant on an as-needed basis to help greet visitors and provide administrative support to the customer experience team employees. Responsibilities include: Customer focused: o Greet customers and answer questions regarding showroom facilities o Assist kitchen staff or caterers to serve guests throughout the day o Assist in move items/equipment for each visit - no more than 25 lbs o Make copies as needed for visit o Answer phones as needed o Greet vendors and accept deliveries such as packages or mail as needed Facilities focused - Light office support: o Collecting and sending the mail or FedEx o Turning on and off equipment, such as lights, coffee, etc. o Stocking all rooms with supplies, such as kleenex, pens, ipads, etc. o Restocking food areas, bathrooms, fridges, etc. as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: o Proficient in answering phones o Proficient in MS Office software o Proficient typing skills o Business dress o Positive, customer service attitude o Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience o Takes direction well
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: o Experience working in customer service o Experience working with serving food and beverage o Healthcare experience would be a plus
EDUCATION: Accredited High School Diploma/GED
