Mechanical Design Engineer

Description:
US Citizenship is required

Description/Comment:
Manages teams and multiple projects in research, design, and development of mechanical applications to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and ground test / mechanical tests. Additionally responsible for the CAD support of design projects and execution of Engineering design changes.

Additional Job Details:
Familiarity with aerospace design practices including designing for light weight design and random vibration environments; working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis; modeling and drawing creation in Creo/Pro-Engineer. Experience with internal designed hardware on the EMU,ESOC and Space Station programs is a plus.
