Senior Recruiter

Description:
Velocity Consulting Solutions is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our Seattle team. You’ll have the opportunity to work from home, have flexible hours and work on aerospace engineering roles.

We do not require new client/business development; however, if you have experience in client development or aspire to develop new clients, it would be a strong plus.

Job responsibilities
Develop recruitment strategy for each position including; advertisements, networking, cold-calling, social media platforms, industry events.
Screen, qualify and interview potential candidate via telephone interviews.
Devise recruiting strategies.
Cold calling potential candidates
Partner closely with our sales team and periodically go on client visits.
Use honed sourcing strategies to provide candidate lists for specific positions.
Track recruiting efforts in Zoho ATS.

Requirements

Minimum three years’ experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
Must have experience with aerospace positions.
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and Internet search tools.
Possess a “detective” mentality. You thrive on finding the perfect candidate.
Familiar with a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, networking, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
Experience with job posting, sourcing resumes, screening applicants, conducting phone screens.
Knowledgeable with ATS systems; Zoho preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Some onsite meetings will be required, so candidates who are currently living in Seattle or surrounding area will be the best fit.
