Order Management Analyst
(US Citizenship Required*)

Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical, promotional, administrative, and sales support services to the sales function
• Represent company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, traces lost shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department
• Confer with management regarding customer credits, return goods for credit, and identify quality assurance complaints
• Represent company to external and internal customers and is the primary interface between the company and external customers through the period of performance of the contract
• Own specific customer accounts, coordinate RFQ's for functional input, calculate and prepare pricing documentation, quote sheet documentation, and submit quotes to requestors
• Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Perform contract reviews, anticipates and reconciles issues/discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive, accurate files for quotes and orders
• Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
• Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
• Serve as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives
• Show initiative on assignments, exercises independent judgment
• Own all quote and proposal support for customer from start to completion and gathers price-to-win data from business development and suggests best pricing using ROS goals for the product line
• Administer applicable contracts in accordance with FAR/DFARS regulations

Qualifications:
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one discipline/field and possess working knowledge in multiple adjacent disciplines/fields
• Work is performed without appreciable direction
• Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization
• Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources
• Grasp and apply new information quickly; handles more complex problems
• Proficient and able to perform all responsibilities associated with the position

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
