Provisioning Analyst

Location: Huntsville, AL or Shelton, CT

Description:

Develop provisioning technical data in top down sequence for cataloging using MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007B and MIL-PRF-s a guide. Review Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for impact to provisioning. Coordinate the development of packaging data to support Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) candidates. Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

Perform analysis of complex maintenance requirements and prepare logistic plans for aircraft maintenance such as maintenance of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, avionics systems, and flight control systems.
Perform level of repair analysis and provisioning to the logical support level.
Requires knowledge of customer operational environment and maintenance philosophy.
Logistics activities include analysis of engineering documentation and intense manipulation of engineering data and data bases

Areas of Expertise
Experience in any of the following:

Slick
PowerLog
Eagle
Compass
Mil Spec 1388 2B or 2A
3-4 years experience provisioning experience Army experience is preferred,
US Citizen or Green Card required
High School Diploma or GED

Desired Skills:

Possess basic skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Knows how to read blueprints,
Basic understanding of MIL-STD-1388-2B provisioning processes.
Willing to work at a computer during normal work 8 hours.
Ability to work and support team members with a positive attitude
Ability to be detail oriented researching part numbers
Ability to understand logistics concepts
Bachelors in Business, Engineering,
3-4 years provisioning experience
