Electrical Engineer

Description:
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's team in New York! Their ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Matlab experience and 9-10 years working with Verilog/VHDL/System Verilog. Submit your resume today for this great opportunity!

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Having utilized the Xilinx Vivado, Plan Ahead and/or Altera Questra development platforms to successfully build and test an executable hardware implementation of code which they have written

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience with MatLab, Labview, C, C++ programming languages.
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
* General knowledge in FPGA firmware design, digital circuit design, and board design

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and characteristics:
* Good oral, written, and presentation skills
* Ability to efficiently perform on multiple tasks simultaneously.
