Stress Integrator for Interior Stress Team

Description:
Were are seeking a Stress Integrator for Interior Stress Integrator to work with the Interiors Team for an exciting new aircraft project here in Seattle, WA.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Integrate Engineering activities, properly identifying tasks and deliverables
Develop and maintain schedules under the Stress Lead/PM supervision with proper linkages and identification of predecessors, successors and resources allocation.
Coordinate with the Interior Supplier Stress Team to guarantee activities are followed-up and properly executed to progress the Interior Stress Team activities.
Identify and provide recommendations for critical path activities.
Create and monitor cloud connections in a control manner, leading up to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Obtain weekly MS Project updates from Stress Team, reporting delays, issues or milestones changes.
Work in conjunction with Engineering Program Management to guarantee MSPJ activities are followed-up and properly executed by the Interior Stress Team.
Develop the Interior Stress Team budget & resource plans within the schedule
Manage and report any schedule conflicts to Stress Team Lead
Perform risk management activities, proposing actions to solve or mitigate those with in the Stress Team
Work with SCM in registering supplier documents.
Track/initiate required process documents for the Stress Team.
Escalate issues/problems/concerns immediately



Requirements
10+ years of engineering experience in assigned function, including development programs in the domain.
5+ Years previous experience in a Program Management team.
Strong knowledge of global certification requirements and compliance standards.
Significant experience resolving cross-functional engineering schedule issues.
Firm understanding of engineering program steps from beginning to completion.
Ability to provide a strong voice in support of interior stress needs when working with senior engineering and program leadership.
Ready and excited to work dynamically in a complex environment.
