Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst 3 located in Mesa, AZ

Job Title: Data Visualization Designer

HR Services is seeking an analyst to support HR Services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen and leverage systems thinking in order to balance the end-user experience with function to define and develop effective metrics and analytic solutions. Additionally, this individual would thrive in a fast-paced, environment and enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

oResearches, plans, develops, recommends, and implements dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau to meet the organization's business needs.
oTransitions existing reports from existing reporting platforms to Tableau as well as developing new reports as assigned.
oDraws upon a full range of Tableau functions and features to design, develop, enhance and support Tableau visualizations; skilled in developing all Tableau chart types (examples include stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, line charts, Gantt charts, and more).
oCreates effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytical dashboards in Tableau.
oBuild and publish customized interactive Tableau dashboards along with data refresh scheduling using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
oEffectively utilizes features and Best Practices of Tableau and visual analytics to maximize impact and utility of visualization products.
oRequires strong SQL development skills - writing complex queries and stored procedures.
oManage a repository of re-usable data visualization templates and views.
oSupport activities to document, evolve, and communicate artifacts developed using Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:
o Ability to work well in cross functional teams, diverse customer sets, inclusive of leadership and groups outside the home organization.
o Self-motivated and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities
oAbility to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency based on organizational guidelines.
oAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in terms that they understand.
oOversee the design and delivery of metrics and analytics. This will include accuracy of data and deliverables.
oProvide ad-hoc analysis and key metrics across the HR Services group.
oExperience with SQL and writing complex queries preferred
oExperience working on Enterprise Data Warehouse environment preferred
oTableau: 2 years (minimum)
oTableau certification (preferred).
oData Analysis: 1 year (minimum)
oData analytics experience (Preferred).
oStrong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile, and project management methodologies.
oExcellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
oRequirements gathering: 1 year (minimum)
oSoftware development life cycle/Agile methodology: 1 year (minimum)

Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
