Sr. Systems Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Responsible for algorithm prototyping within the suite of modeling and simulation tools
* Development of new analysis tools, conduct analysis for assessment of prototype design
* Generation of Algorithm Description Documentation of final design
* Support to software development teams for formal software development and test activities.
* Selected candidate will also support program planning, and program execution status activities, and proposal development for new efforts.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* Must have Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree
* Past experience with missile defense algorithm development and analysis
* Ability to successfully interface with LM Senior Management, Customers, and members of U.S. Army Air Defense community at large

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in Missile Defense Concepts and Interoperability Experience with Missile Defense
* Engagement Operations/Force Operations
* Experience with Algorithm configuration management
* Experience in Requirements and Verification
* Experience with the DOORS Requirements Database

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and characteristics:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
