Join our HR Services team as an analyst with a unique blend of business and technical acumen. You will leverage systems thinking in order to balance the end-user experience with function, while defining and developing effective metrics and analytic solutions. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, environment and enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Research, plan, develop, recommend, and implement dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau to meet the organization's business needs.
• Transition existing reports from existing reporting platforms to Tableau and develop new reports as assigned.
• Draw upon a full range of Tableau functions and features to design, develop, enhance and support Tableau visualizations.
• Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytical dashboards in Tableau.
• Build and publish customized interactive Tableau dashboards along with data refresh scheduling using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Effectively use features and Best Practices of Tableau and visual analytics to maximize impact and utility of visualization products.
• Manage a repository of re-usable data visualization templates and views.
• Support activities to document, evolve, and communicate artifacts developed using Tableau.

• 2+ years of experience in Tableau required; Tableau certification preferred.
• 1+ year of Data Analysis experience required; Data analytics experience preferred.
• 1+ year of requirements gathering
• 1+ year of Software development life cycle/Agile methodology
• Skilled in developing all Tableau chart types (examples include stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, line charts, Gantt charts, and more)
• Strong SQL development skills – writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Able to work well in cross functional teams, diverse customer sets, inclusive of leadership and groups outside the home organization.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Able to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency based on organizational guidelines.
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in terms that they understand.
• Oversee the design and delivery of metrics and analytics. This will include accuracy of data and deliverables.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and key metrics across the HR Services group.
• Experience with SQL and writing complex queries preferred
• Experience working on Enterprise Data Warehouse environment preferred
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's and typically 6+ years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
