Sourcing Specialist - TX

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Dallas, TX.

We are starting a sourcing team to assist our direct hire team with locating qualified, professional level talent for positions. We are looking for skilled sourcers that have a passion for the hunt, engaging passive talent, and creating talent communities (pipelining). These sourcers should be experienced recruiters or sourcers that know how to utilize a variety of sourcing tools OUTSIDE of job boards (as they will not have access to these). Some mediums they should be comfortable with include Boolean searches, scraping websites for address books, networking on a free linked in account, Facebook campaigning, Twitter campaigning and cold calling. These contractors will be dedicated to exclusively sourcing and will not have a full life cycle desk (will not be performing in persons, extensive phone screens). They will be a part of building this program from the ground up and making it a success! We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years STRONG sourcing experience that have a desire to work in this type of role.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Utilizing out of the box strategies to source targeted candidates for full time roles.
•Developing sourcing strategies via Boolean search strings on various search engines, Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, blogs, etc.
•Developing talent communities and keeping talent engaged and interested in opportunities..
•Working with recruiters and hiring managers to pre identify upcoming talent needs and understand department initiatives.
•Work with other sourcers to develop best practices and create an elite team of sourcing professionals.
• Effectively and passionately sells SWA to potential candidates and Customers.
• Establishes effective and long lasting Customer relationships and builds rapport with all internal Customers.
• Assist and provide guidance to internal Customers with their strategic staffing plans.
• Maintain and provide weekly updates of recruiting efforts and needs, if required.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationship with Department Leadership and other Employees in assigned areas.
• Promotes the People Department and nurtures relationships with internal Customers.
• Willingness and ability to take on special projects as requested by Leader.
• Assists Compliance Team to deliver Affirmative Action goals and develop hiring strategy to meet Department and Company needs.
