Program Manager

Description:
Inconen is looking for a Program Manager for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Carlstadt, NJ.

**Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen without Dual Citizenship**

Job Description:
-The position is direct 'hands-on' position responsible for Program Manager of several development and production programs within the growing ARDE's business base.
-30% - Core expertise in planning, tracking and management of multidiscipline efforts on-site and within supply chain are essential as are strong verbal and written communication skills. These efforts require experience in formulating and maintaining EAC/ETCs using Earned Value Management or similar process
is required, as is experience in working with customers
-30% - The project engineer are the prime points of contact to the customer base, working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure that we are working to a controlled baseline with timely dissemination of new/evolving customer and assisting in resolution of contract modifications/change notices and funding issues.
-40% - Generation of program documentation, such as narrative reports, test plans or procedures or presentation material to support customer review. The ability to independently perform structural and dynamic analysis is essential in performance of the project engineer position as ARDE operates to a lean model, which drives a need for individuals with broad bandwidth

Required Skills/Experience:
-Basic accounting principles and practices
-Applicable business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services
-Purchasing principles, procedures, and terminology
-Sources of materials, supplies, and services
-Must have experience in an AS9100 or ISO9000 environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:
-This position requires demonstrated skill in directing resources, including the ability to plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned organization.
-Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task and be able to work effectively with all disciplines.
-Candidate must have a good understanding of how programs, engineering, quality and manufacturing work cohesively in a small company environment in short cycle development, qualification and production build cycles.
-The product/components are designed to aggressive structural margins, thus a background working in structures and Materials and Process (M&P) engineering for metal and composite structures is beneficial.
-Candidates must demonstrate the ability to comprehensively document and communicate to the highest technical standards.
-The product requires an extreme level of documentation based on criticality of application.
-Experience in an AS9100 registered organization is preferred.
-Position requires a demonstrated ability to develop strong teaming/ cross discipline relationships.

Education:
-A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and nine (9) years of progressively increasing responsibility is required.
-An advanced engineering degree in engineering is beneficial and will be considered in offset of nine years minimum experience.
