Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance services and emergent support for all positive feed equipment and other pneumatic tools at BSC across all shifts.
Able to join a team with a positive work culture.
Pick up and deliver tools in need of repair/replacement
Makes minor and major repairs on tools collected from across the site
Perform manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
Operate various factory support equipment to move materials, product, and tools as required.
Provide tooling support to other organizations
Coordinate tooling swaps and replacements
Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be willing to work train on 1st shift and support a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Must be able to work some weekends
Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
1+ years of experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools
1+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, construction, and/or the inspection of tools, dies, jigs, powerfeed, etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
6+ months of experience repairing, setting-up and performing general maintenance on tools
6+ months of experience documenting tool repairs and managing tool inventory
