Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager II located in San Francisco, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is responsible for supporting the Workplace (Places) team and specifically Programs, Analysis & Innovations [PAI] in developing and managing the 2018 capital and operational Workplace budget. The specific focus of this role will be the establishment of the requirements and the development of the Places Planning tool. This role will report to the Global Program Manager, Financial Processes of Global Places and be part of our Global People & Places Organization.
The role will be responsible for the following key initiatives: Development and implementation of the Places Planning tool Development of the Capital budget Development of the Operating budget Development and management of the 2018 Capital projects pipeline Establishment of the approval process for 2018 unplanned projects
WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage the finalization of the requirements, process development, training and the implementation of the Places Planning tool in partnership with the PAI Program Manager and Technology Systems Product Manager Manage the Places 2018 Planning process end to end, including but not limited to: Overall project schedule, interim milestones and deadlines Coordination between all Stakeholders Stakeholder deliverables and holding team members accountable for action items week over week Hosting varied weekly stakeholder coordination meetings with advanced agendas, up-to-date project schedule, and meeting minutes with clearly identified action items issued within 24 hours of each meeting Documentation of all processes and methodologies in mediums including but not limited to written and visual communications, roles and responsibilities process flow chart and powerpoint training materials Assist in documentation and implementation of the 2018 unplanned project approvals Manage the data integrity of the Capital Planning tool Manage the maintenance of the 2018 Pipeline through coordination with the F.B.R. Managers and the 3rd Party Project managers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10+ years in Real Estate and Project Management roles, Capital Planning preferred. Proven experience in Project Management including managing multiple projects at once and keeping all requirements on track. Experience managing multiple stakeholders from various disciplines, with ability to hold individuals accountable to meet overall project requirements. Ability to manage challenges in a constantly changing fast-paced environment with high flexibility and adaptability. Great communications skills and attention to detail and data accuracy. Enthusiasm for data integrity and problem solving while implementing innovative solutions.
EDUCATION: Accredited High School Diploma/GED
WORK HOURS: Full-Time/First Shift 5/40 work week
