STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Recruiters for open positions in Torrance, California.

Job Summary:

This position works under the general direction of the US Talent Acquisition Manager. This person will partner with operating group management to provide comprehensive recruiting services for professional level positions. This person will lead the recruitment and selection process, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met.

Job Duties:

• You'll manage a full life cycle recruitment process - meeting with managers, creating / posting job ads, souring candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, etc.
• You'll need to be creative and assertive in sourcing and attracting talent
• You'll lead our managers through the recruitment and selection process, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met
• Effective communication is critical to your success

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience as a recruiter
• Preferably some experience with both agency and corporate settings
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to influence others and represent client positively in various settings inside and outside the organization
• Well-developed communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
• Experience working with Taleo required
• Experience in marketing, consulting or as an account representative is a plus
• Some engineering experience - preferably aerospace, but at least an understanding of what a ME and EE does, and where to find them proactively
• LinkedIn expert
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
