Experienced CMM Programmer & Operator Quality Assurance (2nd Shift)
Fabrication South Carolina - Emergent Operations is seeking an Experienced CMM Programmer & Operator Quality Assurance (NCP-QA) to join the Quality Team in North Charleston, SC. This role will primarily be focused on generating programs for the Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and operating the CMM to perform dimensional inspections of fabricated/machined parts.
Additional duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conduct Quality Inspections
Documenting non-conformance records when defects are discovered
Participate in Boeing Problem Solving to help determine root cause corrective action for defects
Evaluate existing programs for possible improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of programming Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
3+ Years of experience operating Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
3+ years of experience conducting Inspections using ASME Standards for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using:
PC DMIS
CATIA / ENOVIA
Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Additional Used: Hexagon CMM PC DMIS, Renishaw Probe Hardware
Knowledge of how to:
Use manual metrology equipment for product inspection as needed
Documenting defects as required
Familiarization with Quality Management Systems, ISO9001/AS9100
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
