Systems Engineer

Description:
****MUST have an Active Secret Clearance or to have had one within the last 2 years with the last investigations within the last 5 years****

Job Description:
1. Responsible for leading mission decomposition supporting requirements definition for advanced aircraft, sensors, communications, weapons and survivability systems.
2. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges with integration of advanced capabilities with low observable aircraft.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience with developing analysis plans. For example: case matrices, identifying metrics, and analysis methodologies.
2. Experience with complex models and simulations. For example: Operational Flight Program, engineering, constructive, etc
3. Experience with setting up and conducting sensitivity analyses
4. Technical leadership experience
5. Experience working with internal and external customers.
6. Experience with requirements decomposition and the systems engineering process
7. Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a final Top Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:
1. Must be an efficient self-starter that requires minimal direction
2. Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a manner that can be understood by non-experts
3. Strong team leadership skills including setting team goals/vision, communication, and the ability to execute projects with multiple objectives
4. Ability to quickly learn new tools and analysis approaches

1. Level 3: BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS
