Systems Engineer

Description:
Systems Engineer (ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

Location: Huntsville, AL
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Duration: 15 Month W2 Contract
Shift: First, 9/80, exempt OT
**MUST have an ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE**

Position Description
-THAAD Ground Systems Development (GSD)
-DOORS Database Admin reporting to the THAAD Grounds Systems Requirements Lead for development, maintenance, and publication of TFCC, Launcher, and/or Support Equipment requirement specifications.
-Position requires selected candidate to quickly become a proficient independent contributor with the Ground Systems Development DOORS database and apply systems engineering change control process to maintain control of the GSD requirements.
-Selected candidate will develop and maintain DXL scripts and Rational Publishing Engine scripts for producing documents and reports from the DOORS database.
-The candidate will utilize Clear Case and Clear Quest to implement change control of the DOORS database.

Skills Required
-Experience with DOORS
-Experience with DXL
-Experience with Rational Publishing Engine

Experience Required
-Experience with requirements development and change control processes
-Ability to define and document solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to software implementation teams

Skills Preferred
-Experience with Missile Defense
-Experience in Requirements and Verification
-Experience with Clear Case/Clear Quest
-Experience documenting processes
