Location: Chula Vista, CA
Rate: $48.25/HR
Duration: 1 year contract
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description:
- Harness design expert.
- Responsible for design and routing of electrical harnesses across equipment product suite.
- Requires CATIA V5 and Electrical Workbench design skills.
- Ability to design, release, manage, status and prioritize over 20 new electrical harness designs and supporting documents with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Additional responsibility to support engineering design changes to existing electrical harnesses.
- Harnesses will be used in thrust reverser actuation equipment, fan cowls, EBU and nacelle inlets.
- Also responsible for creating and releasing harness requirement compliance matrices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with EWIS, pin/connector wire design, lightning/bonding & grounding and harness failure mode and effect analysis is strongly preferred.
- Requires CATIA V5 and Electrical Workbench design skills.
