Principal Test Engineer

Description:
Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to expend the existing team of engineers due to increase in demand for our services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership, of I&T activities for assigned program(s).

Required Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in the field of hardware/software development and Integration/Testing of complex systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical leadership, cost, and schedule management associated with integration and testing activities on complex programs
• Write highly complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluate the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications
• Previous experience with real time embedded systems development and debugging
• Previous experience with systems requirements verification and validation process
• Develop complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyze product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance. Debugs complex test hardware and software
• Write test scripts such as python and LabView on complex test stations
• Understand networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, and ICMP
• Prior experience in the technological spaces the work requires

Desired Skills:
• Experience with CMMI and EVMS processes

Required Education:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, advanced degree desirable
