Avionics Software Engineers - Atlanta, GA

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Avionics Software Engineers for open positions in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for resolving complex engineering problems associated with aircraft avionics designs within various aircraft types and LOPA configurations.
• Oversee teams developing aircraft network and seat back architecture, entertainment system core and interactive software, and line- and retrofit installation and certification.
• Testing 36 Module, component, system, regression test, test case development, software QA
• System Design 36 Requirements definition, allocation, conceptual design.
• Implementing 36 Software and system product launch, test, deployment.
• Network Design 36 Network system hardware architecture, interface definition.
• Gui Design 36 XML or similar GUI design, development, validation.
• Mobile Platforms 36 design for portability, efficiency, viewability, connectivity.
• Android 36 standard and custom android library.

Qualifications:

• BSEE, BSCE, or equivalent combination of engineering degree and experience.
• 10 years’ experience software project design, integration, test experience.
• 5 years’ experience Android or other mobile platform development.
• Direct experience with any of the following: network design, Android OS development, aircraft integration and certification.
