Description:
Develop automated rework profiles for SMT component removal, reflow and install • Conduct Validation and Gage R&R for newly developed profiles • Create Profile Instructions and Procedures • Conduct verification tests as required to assure compliance with Manufacturers rules • Meet weekly Profile development targets • Lead maintenance, repair and calibration activities associated with automated Rework system • Establish sustainable process controls for rework profiles • Develop and procure tooling and fixtures as require for circuit board mounting • Create a configuration management system for rework profiles •
