Business Support Manger - Japan

Description:
We are currently seeking a business professional preferably with management experience to fill a role with an aerospace company in Nagoya, Japan. Interested candidates should have 10 plus years of business operations experience as well as be fluent in Japanese.

Responsibilities of the Business Support Manger
Formulation and promotion of the company's management plan.
Review and promote proposals for solving company management issues.
Respond to requests from company executives, business managers and business support group leaders.
Communication with external stakeholders.
Document creation with Microsoft Excel, Power Point Word, etc.
Preparation of various reports.
Attendance at various meetings and including negotiations and integration.

Requirements
10 years experience in a operating business.
Four (4) year degree in Business or Administration.
MBA is high preferred.
Fluent in Japanese .
Basic English skills.
Experience with business planning or business operations.
