Aircraft Structures Technicians

Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Structures Technicians in Great Falls, Montana.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance or guidance to the crew.
Communicate when tasks are complete so next trade can move onto the job.
Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
Promote company values, vision and mission. Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge. Builds quality capability and responsiveness.
Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished – completely and accurately.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ aircraft structures maintenance experience as a structures technician required.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
A&P License preferred.
CRJ structures experience preferred.
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
The employee will be required to occasionally lift 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders.
Stand for extended periods of time
Work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
