Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Administrative Assistants for open positions in Houston, Texas.

Job Duties:

• Work directly with the Director of Quality handling daily administration duties such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, handling expenses, etc.
• Schedule Meetings and Travel.
• Handle expenses.
• Support of customer and agency audits.
• Quality assurance record retention.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a QC Administrator or Administration in some capacity.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Client prefers experience in safety and quality, but it is not required.
• Competencies and Essential requirements.
• Great organizational skills.
• Communicates very well.
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
