Senior RF Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: RF Engineer will develop and support Primary Flight, Engine, and Multifunction displays as well as in-flight computing devices including Network Servers, Mission and Display Processing, Data Concentrator Units, and Flight Controls. The RF Engineer will engage in all phases of product development including requirements allocation and verification, architecture creation and review, detailed design and analysis, peer technical reviews, compliance to industry and company design standards, and compliance to program cost and schedule targets. Both Analog & Digital experience in a requirement Participate in system integration tasks to support the development of hardware, firmware, and software Review and develop technical specifications for both internal and external customers Design and identify complex electronic circuits and assemblies for use across multiple products and programs Verify that all designs meet or exceed product requirements and specifications by participating in all Electrical and Mechanical design reviews Expertise in RF/microwave, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS, and Cellular product development Expertise in device and process technologies, RF module packaging, and antenna technologies and design Hands-on experience in MCM artwork, EM simulation, and lab debug and tuning In-depth understanding and implementation of RF concepts such as impedance matching, impedance transformation, distributed systems, passive RLC resonant circuits, noise, linearity, bandwidth, and stability Generate and review design documentation to ensure the delivery of a quality finished product such as requirements documents, functional block diagrams, verification and validation test plans and results, qualification test plans and reports, and product user and maintenance manuals. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of electrical design (Analog & Digital)experience is required. 5+ years of RF design experience is required. FCC Certification experience a plus.
