4-year college degree (preferred), minimum 2-year Associate’s Degree
Voucher A/P invoices and process payments to vendors.
Full-cycle Accounts Payable Clerk (temporary)
Electronic two-way and three-way matching of invoices (Oracle)
Process 300 – 400 invoices per week, accurately
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses related to A/P payments, as needed
Sorting and scanning of invoices
Independently research and resolve discrepant invoices
Support check runs and wires, if needed
