Configuration Management Specialist V

Description:
**Top Secret Clearance needed prior to starting assignment. Due to the length of time to obtain a clearance it is requested only applicants with active clearance be submitted to the requisition.***

Guides others to develop, interpret and implement configuration management plans, processes and procedures. Analyzes information to make recommendation for process improvements. Identifies opportunities for future innovations based on market/requirement/technology changes. Makes recommendation on processes for product configuration identification. Serves as a subject matter expert configuration management standards. Coaches and mentors less experienced personnel.

Not a hard requirement, but a plus to have experience in the following systems:

SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Component)
Archibus
Builder SMS (Sustainment Management System)
CADD systems (computer-aided design and drafting including AutoCAD and or Revit
Tridium Niagara
SCADA systems (supervisory control and data acquisition)

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 14 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 12 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
