Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Aerospace Electromechanical Engineers in Redondo Beach, California.

Job Duties:

• The responsibilities include mechanical design & analysis using computer-aided design (CAD), conducting packaging trades, tolerance and interference analyses, generating drawing packages & associated electronic data, and supporting the fabrication, assembly and test of the hardware

Required:

• 5 Years’ with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years’ with Masters; 0 Years’ with PhD
• A Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline
• Electronic packaging, CAD, or mechanical design experience in an aerospace environment
• Demonstrated technical skills with experience supporting a multi-disciplined team
• Experience working with different partners across organizations and programs
• Proficient in performing tolerance and interference analyses
• Experience in generating and releasing product detail and assembly drawings
• Experience with PTC Creo / Intralink software applications

Desired:

• A Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 4+ years’ of engineering experience in an aerospace environment
• Experience with electronic packaging / mechanical design for airborne & space applications
• Electronics design development and sustaining experience spanning cradle to grave
• Experience with Enovia PLM software application
• Proficiency with electrical design, electronics manufacturing processes and qualification activities
• Familiarity with research and development of advanced packaging technologies
• Active Clearance
