Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Aviation Crew Support Coordinators in Jamaica, New York.

Job Duties:

• Inputs and tracks all changes to the work schedule
• Creates and maintain all departments filing system
• Manages all aspects of travel arrangements for business trips
• Monitoring office supply inventory and order as necessary; ensure received supplies are correct and expensed appropriately
• Assists Supervisor in tracking Crew member time and attendance records
• Addresses Crewmember requests and needs in a professional manner, providing follow-up
• Answers phones and assist Crewmembers as necessary
• Processes weekly payroll for all Aircraft Maintenance locations electronically
• Handles all aspects of meeting and event coordination
• Responsible for processing all work related injury reports to the appropriate parties
• Other duties as assigned
